Operations Support primarily focuses on ensuring that the services that support the FT as a business are operational and available to our customers.
We are responsible for providing proactive monitoring, first-line support, and incident response to a diverse range of products, systems, and services globally. The team is spread across the UK and Manila and operates 24×7.
We also ensure that the support processes for running operations, managing Incidents, and carrying out support-related activities are updated and constantly improved as the area evolves in line with supporting our “Devops” orientated support model.
