In an effort to increase transparency around incidents and to publicise details of how our products and services are performing we have launched our own Statuspage.
This page will be updated when service affecting incidents occur, it’s available to anyone who wishes to take a look. It’s also possible to subscribe to notifications so that you are notified when something happens to a service that you care about.
This tool provides a business level view of our products and services and the incidents that affect them. Not all of our products and services are listed, we have tried to come up with a list that reflects the things that people really want to know about.

There is also a dedicated Slack channel called #ftstatus that is populated with details of any incident published on the status page if you’d prefer to use that.
Our aim is to publish details of any service affecting incident within 15 minutes of the incident starting.
