Callouts to Engineers#

From time to time it will be necessary for the Operations Support Team to enlist the additional support of our on-call engineers to resolve incidents.

This should only be for our most critical services that have either a Platinum or Gold Service Tier.

When we call engineers we will call from two published numbers, one in the UK and one in Manila.
